Can I download instruction manuals?

We conducted extensive surveys with our customers and they told us they did not want to download their instruction manuals.

There are several very good reasons why we send out instruction manuals as bound books:

Instruction manuals are very large, most are over 50 pages and many are now over 100 pages. Unless you have a very fast Internet connection it could take you up to an hour to download an instruction manual.

You will not want to read the instruction manual on screen; once it is downloaded you will still need to print it out. For large books this can take hours unless you have a very fast printer.

Instruction manuals were not designed to be carried around as loose leaf sheets of paper. However, that is what you will be left with after a download.

What you usually receive from us is a convenient, beautifully printed A5 (21cm x 14.8cm, 8.25 inches x 5.75 inches) booklet. Most of our booklets are produced direct from the original instruction manual using high tech equipment.
